Interview Wise is the brainchild of our owner Claire Freeland. As an industry professional and successful Company Director, she has identified the need for helping the younger generation with job hunting. It is an absolute mystery why interview coaching is not taught in schools or universities and graduates are expected to find their own way in a competitive world. 

With over 30 years experience in the fields of recruitment and team management, I have developed a unique approach to career coaching that combines evidence-based practises with a personal approach which will help you on your path to success.

I believe that every individual has the potential to have a fulfilling and purposeful career. My approach is centred around helping my applicants cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for everyone to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.
