At Interview Wise (The Company), we have done our best to provide you (The Applicant) with a personalised programme at a fantastic price. A few details for you to consider:

Agreement:

Is between The Company & The Applicant we are coaching.

Payment of Fees:

Are payable on sign-up via online transfer, details for which will be provided.

Refunds:

• Will be made if you change your mind within 24 hours of full payment being received.
• After 24 hours grace period, refunds will not be issued.

Online Consultation Times:

• Are shown in the Services page of this website.
• Should you require additional time for online consultation, you will be required to upgrade to the next Pack available and payment must be received before this extra coaching starts.
• Only our Ultimate Pack includes telephone support until the acceptance of an employment contract is made.
• When consultation times have been reached, should The Applicant require additional advice & coaching, each additional 60 minutes will be charged at £195. 

Confidentiality:

Must be kept by both The Company and The Applicant at all times. Coaching paperwork remains the property of The Company and must not be shared with third parties at any time. 

Securing a Job:

Is not guaranteed. Our coaching services are designed to give The Applicant the best chance of securing interviews or jobs, however it must be understood that they do not always result in instant success. 

Third Party Involvement:

Parents are welcome to partake in our free online consultation however we request that they have no involvement in the paid-for packages. These are designed to work and advise The Applicant only. 

Behaviour:

We ask The Applicant to behave appropriately at all times and will not accept unlawful behaviour, hate speech or bullying.
